What does a women's health coach do, and are you my doctor?

I'm a registered nurse who coaches. I teach, answer questions in plain language, and help you set goals and follow through. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or change medications. You should keep seeing your own clinician.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. Coaching works alongside your medical care. If something needs a clinician, I will say so.

How much does it cost?

Prices are on the Work with me page. The first call is free. Final prices and refund policy to be confirmed.

How do sessions work?

By video. Group sessions run weekly for about an hour. Private sessions are scheduled around you. Format and length to be confirmed.

Is what I tell you private?

Yes. I keep your information confidential and use secure tools for records and payments. Privacy notice to be finalized.

Where do you work with clients?

At the moment, women located in North Carolina during the session. To be confirmed.
